RESORT POLICY
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:
Check-in at 3:00 PM Check-out at 10:00 AM
PAYMENT POLICY:
- A $150 deposit is required for each unit reserved at time of booking.
- The credit card you provide for a deposit will be charged for the balance of your reservation on the day of arrival.
- Advanced payments may be made by credit card.
- By providing a credit card number, you are authorizing Driftwater Resort to bill your credit card for the full amount of reservation, including any costs accrued while at the property, and outstanding balances not paid at time of departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the unlikely event that you must cancel your reservation please read the following carefully;
- deposit is non-refundable.
- There are no refunds for early departures or cancellations within 60 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel after 60 days of your arrival date, you are responsible for nights not rebooked.
- We do not provide refunds due to natural disasters, COVID-related restrictions and other unforeseen events.
BOAT SLIP RENTAL:
Boat Slips must be reserved. Slip cost is $12 per day(plus tax). You must reserve for your entire stay.
Please reserve ahead of arrival and a slip # will be provided in your arrival details.
BOAT RENTALS:
We now rent our boats to the public and our resort guests. Please note that there is a %10 price increase for non resort guests.
SMOKING:
There is absolutely NO Smoking inside cabins; however smoking is permitted outside except the swimming pool area. Guests choosing to smoke in open aired areas must close doors to units before doing so; this includes front doors, patios and windows. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $250.

I acknowledge that I am fully aware that the activities associated with Driftwater Resort at 1993 Lakeshore Dr, Branson MO entail certain inherent risks including damage to property, personal injury, and even death. In consideration for being permitted to stay & participate in any activity on the property, I agree to assume all such risks and hereby release and discharge Driftwater Resort, its officers, sponsors, trustees, employees, agents, and other aids and/or volunteers from any and all liability for any and all damage, loss, injury, or death of every kind and nature whatsoever which in anyway arises out of my participation in this activity.
I understand Rental Unit has been inventoried and I agree I will be charged for any missing items or damages.

AUTO-COLLECT
At the time of booking, $150 will be collected. Payment for all gift certificates will also be collected. Applies to: all reservations.

Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.

3 night minimums except June, July and 1st week of August are 7 night min Saturday to Saturday
New Discount coming in 2025. Book your summer dates by January 1 st and receive 5% off plus no cleaning fee for 7 or more nights. Discount applies to stays beginning Memorial Day weekend through 2nd week of August 2025. Discount voided if reservations are made after Jan 1st.
If you are looking for less than 7 in the summer we do drop our minimum April 1st. So please check back after April 1st for for less than 7 night openings. No cleaning fees on 7 or more nights
